I started my first business at age ten, selling cans of soda smuggled into the cabin of my summer camp. To up the ante, the cans were placed into the AC duct above my bunk bed for optimal coldness. My first summer, I brought 24 cans and sold them for $3 each. I sold out the first day. The next summer, I brought 72 cans and sold them throughout the week and even auctioned off the last 5 cans for maximum profit. With $231 in my 11-year-old pocket, I learned a very important lesson: You can conquer the world with a healthy disregard for the normal and some creativity. I\'m (probably) no longer hustling soda cans out of the top bunk at my summer camp, but I firmly believe in the power of passion and grit to transform people, businesses and the world. Let\'s go!
