Licensing • Manages the submission of annual and contractual samples to licensors. Work with Operations to ensure product availability.• Assists in the preparation and submission of licensor forecast requests.• Assist Director, Global Licensing with drafting proposals for contract renewals.• Provides support during contract negotiations by working with sales and product development team for sales projections.• Recommends and assists in identifying emerging properties and opportunities for expansion of our license portfolio. Compliance• Ensures that licensing compliance is enforced across the organization.• Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all business/licensing related functionality in enterprise system including the responsibility for training and all administrative functions.• Ensures that all system changes and/or business processes are implemented, and tested to ensure compliance of all contracts.• Performs regular system audits to ensure that all license specific programs are working accurately in system. Analysis• Analyzes and evaluates new and renewing contracts to ensure that contract terms and conditions do not fall outside the scope of current system functionality and/or business processes.• Communicates and recommends solutions as a result of analysis with Director, Global Licensing, IT, and other functional areas when system or business/licensing process issues are identified.• Provides comprehensive analysis to determine exposure of future audit penalties and communicate results• Identifies deviations from forecast and explain variances. Identify risk and/or opportunities.• Analyzes sales data to ensure that Minimum Guarantees will be met and properties are being developed to support continuous growth.

I love selling brands! Whether it is developing a marketing strategy to execute or working with clients to ensure that their brands are managed and developed to their standards. At ACCO Brands, I managed high profile consumer licensing accounts such as Grumpy Cat and Marvel.
