   As CEO of Showpiece Solutions, I draw on years of experience helping organizations design and execute complex operations with precision and purpose. I’ve served as a consultant to the CEO for the Committee on Arrangements for the 2020 Republican National Convention, focusing on augmented guest experience, transportation, and event operations — delivering plans for two cities and implementing a robust health and safety strategy, the first of its kind during the COVID-19 pandemic.I’ve also developed and managed transportation systems for Turner/CBS during the 2021 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship Tournament and led facility assessment and process improvement initiatives for Denison Parking in Minneapolis, yielding estimated savings of $1M. Internationally, I supported public transportation operations for the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Queensland, Australia.My work often intersects strategy, stakeholder engagement, and public operations. I’ve advised cities like Joliet and Peoria, Illinois on water supply strategy, stormwater governance, and funding opportunities — collaborating on communications and stakeholder strategies that directly translated to tangible results, including millions in dedicated funding and enhanced community trust.I’ve also guided urban development projects, including the NEAR Streetscape project and Sherman Park redevelopment in Indianapolis, advising on stakeholder engagement, project strategy, and implementation for initiatives valued in the tens of millions.
