Since taking the role have: Plan and schedule daily team workflow, continually finding ways to improve department performance. Train, coach, and mentor associates on utilizing best sales, customer service, and inventory management practices. Sales numbers have increased and overstock issues that had been plaguing the department and impacting profit have been eliminated. Rolled out an initiative to sell off inactive and overstocked products, which reduced excess inventory by 15%. Instilled a new culture focused on accountability and engagement, which have substantially reduced turnover on the team.
