Inspiring and empowering software developers in test and quality assurance. My methodology is proven to increase velocity and provide clarity to the problems that inhibit quality. I\'ve helped my Team(s) implement test automation frameworks, processes that are sustainable and agile, reflecting the quality of work that product, engineering, user experience and partners create. I live to drive quality at the Executive level, to understand business needs and ensuring the engineering Teams align, through communication, demonstration and transparency. Where quality cannot be met, it is clearly communicated to the Team. Understanding the,\"why\" is key as well as creating a backlog of Tech debt, that is groomed in ever iteration, continuing to drive quality. Creating and executing strategy, unique to an organization such that, people, process and product not only coexist but thrive. While it is true that inclusion and diversity make for better products, and expose ones own blind spots, it is my opinion this should NOT be the only reasons to be inclusive and demand diversity. To put is simply, it is the right thing to do.
