Creating, Leading. Building. In the past two plus decades, my career has evolved from building custom homes in the field as a carpenter in my native state of Illinois, to creating teams and overseeing some of the most exciting commercial and industrial construction projects in the nation, and helping improve and integrate and scale growth commercial real estate in construction sector. As Ryan’s Preconstruction Executive serving our Multifamily Business Unit I am responsible for all multifamily deals across all of Ryan’s integrated development, design, engineering, construction from project inspection to operational handoff. My primary focus is on continually identifying and improving the key business challenges that Ryan’s internal teams face in Multifamily. Recruiting and building teams that are comprised of the industry’s top talent and expertise, and then empowering those teams with the resources and mentorship needed to grow and replace me! •Have had the privilege to be part of and lead teams across diverse project times from Residential, Healthcare, Office, Aviation and Industrial market segments. From the perspective of the PM to the Estimator.
