As a Regional Commercial Facilities Manager at Buckingham Companies, I am responsible for the overall maintenance and operations of 500K-1M SF of commercial real estate which includes office, retail, light industrial, mixed use, and medical office buildings. My duties include planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the sites. I perform and direct other maintenance personnel in the maintenance, repair, and operations of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, structural elements, and grounds. I assist with creating and implementing safety and training programs for employees. Create preventative maintenance programs. Monitor expenses with an emphasis to generate satisfactory cash flow, positive tenant relations, and optimal tenant retention. Prepare job scopes and request for proposals. Conduct inspections of contracted work - checking for the quality and conformance with specifications and costs. Work with senior team members on cost analysis for current and future projects.
