I am currently responsible for enhancing Microsoft’s corporate compliance control program, while working closely with colleagues across the company. I advise colleagues and business segments on issues involving the FCPA, corporate controls, and anti-corruption mitigation. I also provide primary legal support for Microsoft\'s implementation of the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System standard. While at Microsoft, I also managed a diverse and complex investigations case portfolio, partnering with forensic and financial investigators to provide advice to the corporation regarding potential violations of company policy. I have won two department-wide awards, working closely with data scientists, developers, subject matter experts, and key business stakeholders to create new tools to enhance Microsoft\'s sales and artificial intelligence programs.
