ABOUT JERRY LUKEKA

I am a program leader with 12+ years of experience designing, leading, and scaling high-impact initiatives across the U.S. and East Africa. My work sits at the intersection of youth development, entrepreneurship, and economic mobility, where I focus on building programs, partnerships, and systems that create meaningful pathways to opportunity.Throughout my career, I have led multi-site programs, managed cross-functional teams, and worked closely with diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. I bring a strong ability to translate strategy into execution, strengthen program operations, and build collaborative ecosystems that support long-term impact.Currently, I support entrepreneurship accelerator programs with EforAll, working across a national network of mentors, partners, and stakeholders to drive engagement and program success. Previously, I served as Country Director with Soccer Without Borders Uganda, where I led national program operations, managed a team of 15 staff, and oversaw the program\'s annual budget.I am also the Founder and Executive Director of Vijana Revival Catalysts (VRC), an international nonprofit I built from the ground up, growing its annual budget from $0 to and serving over youth annually.Across all of my work, I focus on:• Program strategy and execution• Partnership development and stakeholder engagement• Systems building and operational improvement• Leadership development and community impactI am passionate about building scalable programs and partnerships that expand access to opportunity and create lasting impact.
