When buying a home it is crucial to know what you\'re getting into. What works? What doesn\'t? Is it safe? These questions and more are answered with a professional home inspection. I inspect the building from the ground up including soil, foundation, exterior walls, boundary walls, vegetation, electrical and components, plumbing and fixtures, appliances, interior wall covering, HVAC, garage doors, ceilings, attics and insulation. My experience in an array of fields including HVAC, construction, low/high voltage, remodeling, alarms and surveillance gives me a focused lens when inspecting and locating root cause. Most importantly, I put the problems in prospective. A minor settlement crack in the garage floor is not a grand canyon. Furthermore, my reports are timely and precise. When I give the post walk through I cover most of the major items and explain the severity in a non-alarming way to ensure the client is informed but not frightened. This gives our agents a piece of mind when choosing us because they can rely on a accurate inspection without fear of loosing their clients interest in the property. To summarize, I focus on information and education not on embellishment and exaggeration.
