   Lemon Inspections is first a service focused company. Our primary concentrations are Accuracy, Speed, and Availability.After an inspection has been performed all reports including Full Home Inspections, 4 Point, Roof Certification, and Wind Mitigations are reviewed by another inspector to ensure accuracy and quality. To also provide accurate reporting, we will perform additional services including removing soffit if attic space does not provide a visual of the roof to wall attachment.Agents are automatically sent a copy of the report when it is published in addition to their client. We offer next day reporting and include signatures for wind mitigations.We do our best to schedule each inspection within 3 days of initial contact and leave an extra inspection time open for last minute inspections.We offer inspections Monday through Saturday covering Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, and Southern Pinellas Counties.
