As the founder of Fractional Chief Online Learning Officer (COLO), I provide executive-level online leadership without the full-time C-suite price tag, guiding institutions to build internal capabilities rather than creating dependencies.With over 20 years in higher education leadership, I\'ve consistently delivered transformative results. I\'ve grown online enrollments from 0 to over 1,200 students through strategic program development and operational excellence, built high-performing teams that created standardized development processes and quality standards for online education, and helped institutions reduce dependency on external vendors while maintaining growth.Previously, I held leadership positions at D\'Youville University, University at Buffalo, and Trocaire College, focusing on instructional design, online education, and faculty development.
