Partnership Development: Adept at developing strategic relationships and leading multi-disciplinary teams to collaborate across boundaries and achieve common goals. I have been a member of various cross-discipline teams from the Human Performance Improvement team, FirstEnergy Substation Specification standards, Ohio Operations Safety governance, regional budget governance, Green Team Chair, and Incidence Avoidance team. Organizational Management: Committed to continuous improvement through sustained engagement, risk management, and quick capitalization of opportunities to overcome challenges and position the organization for future success. Including keeping substation focused on regulatory compliance commitments from multiple internal and external organizations as those requirements increase exponentially. Developing employees to fulfill their needs and further themselves by striving to enhance diversity through hiring, supported the initial Veterans and Allies Employee Business Resource Group leadership committee and still support with mentorship, all while demonstrating ethical values and behaviors.
