About Jeremiah Garvey
Jeremy is an experienced corporate transactional lawyer, entrepreneur and board member. Jeremy\'s legal practice focuses on securities-related transactions and corporate governance, private capital financings, public offerings and the organization, funding and ongoing representation of emerging growth technology companies. He often works closely with public company issuers on securities law compliance, general corporate guidance, and governance and equity-based compensation issues. Jeremy\'s clients have included retailers, SaaS platforms, venture capital and PE funds, drug discovery companies, medical device makers, oil and gas companies, mobile and wearable computer manufacturers, bioinformatics companies, e-commerce providers and facilitators, information services providers, investment banking firms and telecommunication companies.
