I am a Partner in the Biotechnology/Chemical Group at SKGF where I counsel domestic and international clients on the preparation, prosecution, management and protection of complex worldwide patent portfolios. I also prepare and provide diligence, freedom-to-operate, validity, infringement, and patentability analyses.My work with clients also involves various inter partes matters, including district court litigation, interference work before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission. In these matters I am involved in strategy and analysis, motions practice, case management, and oral advocacy.
