Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, and people managers to provide data-driven insights and guidance on compensation trends, market positioning, and program effectiveness- Design and execute compensation programs, including leading the annual compensation review cycles (e.g, market analysis, budget preparation, and data modeling)- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Operations teams to improve systems and processes supporting compensation programs- Act as a trusted partner and advisor internally: this role will uniquely support and contribute to Lattice’s products by leveraging compensation expertise to provide feedback for our engineering, product, and design teams- Refine career frameworks and leveling guidelines to align with Lattice’s growth and organizational needs- Conduct cash and stock equity modeling, benchmarking, and reporting to ensure alignment with market trends and retention goals
