Responsible for tracking capital and expense budget, forecast, and actuals for all technology groups within Rheem (IT, ATI, and GCE). This process involves monthly updates to forecast and reallocation across groups. Coordinate monthly meetings across technology groups to allocate costs across the different business units.• Took over management of the GCE group’s financial data from the water division within the first month at Rheem. Built a spreadsheet to automate pulling their financials into the Enterprise tracking documents. This allows our team to track their financials in a parallel manner to how the other technology groups are tracked, which allows for a better one-to-one comparison of costs across units.• Leading a cross-department initiative to realign the way IT spending is tracked. This involves working business units and departments to provide real time tracking on initiative spending by different tagging levels.• Worked with the IT team and the enterprise team to generate a true cost forecast to transition physical servers into the cloud. The business plan was twofold, as it used historical and forecasted usage to identify the amount of storage which would be needed and to allow for right sizing the online servers based upon real time queries of the data.
