I’m a product leader focused on building digital experiences that deepen customer relationships and unlock long-term value.My work sits at the intersection of identity, loyalty, payments, and membership ecosystems—the systems that help companies understand their customers and reward engagement.Throughout my career I’ve worked across consumer platforms and experiential brands, leading products that power ticketing, membership and loyalty programs, and customer identity systems. Much of my work involves launching complex initiatives from the ground up—aligning engineering, design, finance, marketing, and operations to bring new programs to life.I’m known for being able to move between strategy and execution—synthesizing input from many stakeholders, defining direction when problems are ambiguous, and guiding teams toward practical solutions.I’m particularly interested in products that shape how companies know, reward, and engage their customers, and I enjoy tackling the messy cross-functional challenges that come with building those systems.
