The program senior leader responsible for teaching, mentoring, and developing future military leaders, overseeing the program\'s curriculum, and advising cadets. Key Responsibilities:Teaching and Mentoring:Instructs cadets in military science, leadership, and tactics.Serves as a mentor and coach for cadets, guiding their development as future leaders.Prepares and coordinates the on-campus military science curriculum, including labs, leadership activities, and field training exercises.Program Administration:Administers the ROTC program, including managing grades, training modules, and cadet records.Assists in recruiting and selecting cadets for the program.Attends or participates in board meetings or forums with host institution faculty and administration.Cadet Development:Prepares cadets for attendance at Cadet Summer Training (CST).Provides guidance and support to cadets as they navigate the challenges of a career in the military.Cadre Support:Supervises the ROTC cadre (instructors and staff).Coordinates and conducts cadre administrative and training actions, including counseling, evaluations, and awards.Other Duties:Involved in developing training plans, budget inputs, and coordination requirements for the ROTC program.Responsible in reviewing and submitting cadet waivers, disenrollment, and commissioning packets.
