As Chief Data Officer of Stratum Data Services (SDS), he leads the strategy and infrastructure behind a shared data platform purpose-built for independent medical groups delivering transparency, flexibility, and true data ownership. Jeramey has held executive roles at leading healthcare organizations, including HCA Healthcare, where he led enterprise analytics for value-based care, and VillageMD, where he built foundational population health infrastructure. He is Co-Founder of Parsable Health, a provider pricing strategy platform. He also advises health tech startups focused on risk adjustment, care coordination, and interoperability.
