I lead the engineering team behind Air India\'s Loyalty platform a real-time, multi-region system serving millions of members across one of India\'s largest airline digital transformations. Over 7+ years in software engineering, the last 3 at Air India\'s, I\'ve grown from building backend services to owning end-to-end platform delivery — architecture decisions, team health, and shipping outcomes. At Air India, I\'ve led a team of 6–10 engineers delivering across the full stack: event-driven microservices on Azure Kubernetes, high-frequency loyalty transaction systems, and GenAI integrations that earned us the internal AI Dream Team Award.
