   As a Board Member of Kidz2Leaders, I support the organization’s mission to end generational incarceration by providing governance, strategic insight, and community partnership support. Kidz2Leaders focuses on long‑term mentoring, leadership development, and relational stability for children impacted by parental incarceration, and I contribute to ensuring the organization’s growth and sustainability align with its mission and values.In this role, I actively support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and sponsorship development, including participation in the organization’s primary annual fundraising events. I also help strengthen external partnerships by leveraging relationships across corporate, faith‑based, nonprofit, and civic networks to advance Kidz2Leaders’ impact and visibility. Additionally, I support strategic expansion efforts by facilitating warm introductions, community discovery conversations, and local stakeholder connections in new markets, including Birmingham, Alabama.
