With over 20 years of financial services leadership experience, I have had the honor of leading leaders and departments responsible for collections, lending administration, repossession, remarketing, strategic vendor management, bankruptcy, REO & foreclosure management, loan hardships and workouts, post charge-off recovery, mortgage servicing, payment processing, auto lien perfection, and credit report dispute management. I am the President and founder of Credit Union Collections Professionals, Inc.(CUCP) A non-profit organization that organizes and hosts professional networking and educational events for credit union leaders within the lending, collections, servicing, and risk management verticals. I hold an MBA in Executive Leadership from Southeastern University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University. I am passionate about improving efficiency and effectiveness in the financial sector, and I have led several collaborative initiatives to achieve this goal.
