About Jay Jeongbin Pak
I am a Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, working on the SEEDGuard.AI project, a collaborative initiative to create innovative cybersecurity frameworks for AI systems. With a passion for technology and its application in solving real-world challenges, I am pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, expected to graduate in May 2025.As part of the SEEDGuard.AI team, I conduct comprehensive research on the vulnerabilities and exploits inherent in current AI technologies, and contribute to the development of more robust and secure solutions. I use Python and ROS to simulate scenarios for testing AI security frameworks, and achieve a deeper understanding of potential threats and their resolutions. I also participate in regular team meetings to discuss research findings, propose new avenues of investigation, and strategize on the project\'s goals and outcomes.In addition to my research experience, I have developed skills and competencies in robotic motion planning, software engineering, and game development, through hands-on projects and coursework. I have designed and implemented solutions that streamline processes and enhance user experiences, using Java, C++, Python, and a suite of development tools. I have also acquired multiple certifications, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, to broaden my knowledge and capabilities in the tech industry.I am eager to bring my problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and creative thinking to an internship or co-op position in Computer Science. With a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, I aim to contribute meaningfully to my future team and embark on a path of professional growth and innovation.
