ABOUT JENY SMITH

Jeny Smith has a passion for selling, designing, and building resource-efficient spaces that optimize right-sized living, earning her the moniker “The Green Agent.” She celebrates a residential sales and property management career spanning over 19 years. A focused and fair negotiator, Jeny brought over a decade of experience with her when she joined Sereno in 2018. Jeny’s niche in the competitive Silicon Valley real estate market is her deep knowledge of sustainable building practices. She is a Certified EcoBroker and a Sustainable Building Advisor who has earned the Green Realtor Designation from NAR (National Association of Realtors). A Palo Alto, California native, Jeny offers a wealth of local insight into Silicon Valley. She is an enthusiastic participant in a variety of activities, including as a member of the Urban Land Institute, USGBC, and the Gamble Garden center. Jeny also serves on the board of the Friends of the Palo Alto Parks, and volunteers monthly with the Garden Club of Palo Alto. In her free time Jeny gets her hands dirty in her organic edible garden, keeps her heart rate up with Zumba dancing, enjoys the beautiful Bay Area with her boyfriend and daughter. She loves to travel and is fluent in Spanish, having worked in Spain for several years post-college, and is in the process of learning French and Catalan.
