The Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO), reporting to the Founder & CEO, is responsible for overall service delivery and operations including finance, human resources, administration, health & safety, and information technology. The CFOO provides leadership, management, focus, accountability, and alignment. The CFOO harmoniously unites the major functions of the business necessary to ensure that AdaptAbilities has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization, ensure sustainability and operating efficiency.Key Functions• Leads and manages senior level management to effectively coach, motivate and advance their teams• Works with the CEO to set and drive the organizational purpose, core values, culture, and organizational strategy• Oversees organizational operations, project timelines, business developments, and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members succeed• Measures and analyzes current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy• Prepares documentation and develops reporting systems to maintain comprehensive records and streamline operations, improving communications and efficiency within departments.• Develops actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term goals developed in tandem with the Founder and CEO• Strategically manages, organizes, and coordinates employees from different departments and locations to ensure efficiency• Implements financial procedures, organizational policies, and programs to drive the organization’s operating capabilities to surpass the industry average• Assesses and implements improved processes and new technologies while collaborating with management
