As an accomplished Events Professional with over a decade of experience, I have a proven track record of transforming visions into unforgettable experiences. My expertise spans across various sectors, from corporate events to large-scale social gatherings, each carefully planned, curated and executed to deliver unique results.My career has been defined by my ability to blend strategic planning with creative innovation. I have spearheaded a global Employee Engagement Strategy, developed and maintained community connections, and elevated the guest experience for thousands of attendees across both corporate and social engagements. My passion for fostering inclusivity led me to become a certified Event DEI Strategist and Digital Event Strategist to ensure I have the tools to create welcoming, accessible events.In addition to my hands-on event management skills, I bring an understanding of business development and marketing. I have led teams and worked cross functionally to craft and implement strategies that drive revenue growth while elevating brand visibility through multi-channel marketing campaigns and high-impact events.As a part time Professor of Event Management and Creative Design at Seneca College, I am dedicated to mentoring the next generation of event professionals. I value continued education and mentorship and take great pride in creating dynamic learning environments where students gain practical knowledge and industry insights, preparing them to excel in the competitive events landscape.My expertise is not only in managing logistics and operations but also in creative direction.
