The administrator ensures compliance with ACGME accreditation standards by managing WebADS submissions, monitoring duty hours, coordinating Clinical Competency and Program Evaluation Committee meetings, and uploading Milestones.Additionally, the role supports learner education by coordinating rotations, evaluations, conferences, and scholarly activity, while advising applicants and learners. Responsibilities also include budget management, travel coordination, expense reporting, continuing education activities, professional development participation, and serving as an effective liaison through strong written and verbal communication skills to support ongoing program development and innovation.
