ABOUT JENNIFER WISNIEWSKI
I’m an Operations & Knowledge Management Analyst with a passion for helping remote teams thrive- not just work. Over the past 30+ years, I’ve transformed complex challenges into clear systems, built trust across silos, and empowered organizations to share their knowledge, enabling them to do what they do. better. My career hasn’t always followed a straight line, but a commitment to service has always driven it. When my husband’s military service called us to move, I stepped up for our community, leading disaster relief, coaching resilience as a Senior Spouse Volunteer, and building scouting programs that gave kids (and their parents) courage to try something new. That time away from a corporate title wasn’t a “gap”- it was a masterclass in leadership, trust, and showing up when it matters most.Today, I bring that same mindset to my work: from managing knowledge systems for the VA’s massive digital transformation to guiding a Slack migration that keeps people connected, wherever they are. Whether I’m leading a high-stakes failover test for the world’s largest public Salesforce deployment or refreshing a Confluence hub so people can find what they need at 2 am, my goal is simple: clarity that moves people forward.Certified Salesforce Admin. Slack Admin. ICAgile. Bachelor’s in Anthropology (I’m wired to be curious) and Master’s in Criminal Justice with a focus on Crime Analysis (I love solving puzzles).Always ready for what’s next, and always ready to help you get there.
