One of my key projects was with Swarm, a green energy start-up, to design a desktop and mobile application for a home energy management system (HEMS). I have also worked on Government projects, including HMRC, to design a customer-facing service to enable citizens to claim money they are owed and DWP, to create designs for an internal agent-facing system to align State Pension and Pension Credit, improving the overall experience for both agents and citizens.
