   I have developed and implemented a Compliance Management System and an Enterprise Risk Management program, both designed to protect the credit union, facilitate strategic decision making and prepare for the $10 billion asset milestone. I am chair of the credit union’s Compliance Committee, develop and deliver compliance training to business units, oversee the consumer complaint management system, and serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory and statutory compliance for business units. I have developed organizational risk appetite statements with the credit union’s Executive Team, enabling leaders to make risk-based decisions that align with our risk appetite. I facilitate regular risk assessments with business units across the credit union to maintain a clear understanding of the organization’s current risk profile, and complete monitoring and analysis of emerging risks to aid in strategic decision making. I chair the credit union’s Enterprise Risk Management Committee, through which senior leaders collaborate on new products and operational changes to understand how the risk profile would be affected, along with tracking key risk metrics and monitoring the risk profile. I continue to champion a risk culture that aligns with our organization\'s risk appetite.
