I’ve worked across real estate and technology long enough to notice that outcomes are rarely accidental. Instead, they’re usually the result of a handful of decisions made early and often.I’m currently a Vice President at Grace Hill, where I lead partnerships and strategic initiatives. The work spans platform partnerships, acquisitions, data products, and new revenue programs, and generally sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — brainstorming and collaborating on what should exist, then helping make it real.Earlier in my career, I worked in private equity real estate in firm-level roles across data and analytics, asset management, capital formation, executive decision support, finance, and more. I later co-founded a CRE technology company, which was an efficient way to learn what happens when elegant ideas meet customers, markets, and the occasional hard constraint.I write and speak regularly about real estate, technology, incentives, and decision-making.
