ABOUT JENSY JOHNY

I’ve always been drawn to roles where I can solve problems and help people move forward. Whether it was reviewing contracts, supporting leadership teams, or now driving complex research projects, the common thread has been making things work better for others. That’s where I find the most satisfaction. My path has been anything but linear. I started out in law, building a strong foundation in research, analysis, and communication. I then earned my MSc in Finance at the University of Navarra in Spain, which sharpened my ability to think strategically and manage complexity. Along the way, I’ve worked in dynamic, fast-paced environments that taught me the value of adaptability, clear communication, and teamwork. Today, I bring all of that experience into my role as Head of Projects & Operations at Software Analyst Cybersecurity Research (SACR). I manage the end-to-end delivery of research, vendor engagements, and advisory work, while also overseeing the internal systems that keep our team running smoothly. My role is part strategy, part execution, and part problem-solving and that balance is exactly what I enjoy most. At the core, I’m motivated by building systems, solving challenges, and helping ideas turn into impact.
