ABOUT JENS SUDMEIER
After completing my Master in Management at London Business School, I’ve spent the past four years working in strategy consulting, partnering with senior clients across Europe on go-to-market strategy, commercial transformation, and operational excellence. My work spans fast-paced, cross-functional environments where I lead teams to solve complex problems with a blend of analytical rigour and clear, actionable thinking.I’m always keen to connect on new opportunities across strategy, business operations, or VC and startup roles.Prior to consulting, I held various roles in strategy and operations, including serving as interim CFO for a circular economy startup in Kampala, where I helped professionalize forecasting processes and prepare for investor pitches. I also gained early exposure to global finance and commercial thinking as part of ING’s Wholesale Banking division.Outside of work, I’m a sub-elite runner with a deep passion for the sports and entertainment industry. I’m also the co-founder of the Seven Hills Foundation, a UK-based charity supporting a sustainable, grassroots initiative in Kampala, Uganda.
