Lead S&C Coach at the SAI National Centre of Excellence,Rohtak, working primarily with the Elite Women\'s Team of the National Boxing Academy.Overlooking the overall Strength and Conditioning team at the SAI National Boxing Academy, which includes the Sub-Junior, Junior, Youth and Elite boxersOutline the weekly, monthly and annual training plan to align with the coach\'s training plan for the calendar year, creating mesocycles/blocks to supplement the coach\'s plan leading up to various/targeted competitionsConduct baseline testing and monitoring evaluations regularly to create athlete profiles, which in turn informs program design, manipulation and implementationCreating athlete profiles through reliable and easily re-testable tests / test batteries to inform program design and develop an easier pathway for S&C and Coaches communicationWork in tandem with the entire coaching and sports science staff to perform load monitoring across all the sessions in a week and then chronic monitoring of load, which in turn will help manipulate program design across the wide spectrum (boxing skills and S&C sessions)Working in coordination with the entire Coaching staff for injured boxers, across all phases of their injury rehabilitation to Return To Play (RTP) completion
