ABOUT JENS KLAUBERT

I love to develop ideas and watch out for novel solutions that could create a positive impact for our customers, coworkers and partners. I am driven by the urge to question the status quo and continuously improve on it. To accomplish this, I focus on key results and quickly adapt to new insights. I have enjoyed different positions throughout my career in HR, strategy consulting, science and as a founder of a medical software venture. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself- I can manage complex projects and I am able to get them done in time - I have a good gut instinct but always take decisions based on viable data - I am able to build something from scratch and develop it further so that my role can be fulfilled by others - I have an extraordinary stamina when it comes to reaching milestones, especially under difficult circumstances - I am able to acquire public and private funds (>€3m) with innovative and sound concepts and solutions - I better work with diverse teams. I can further develop and motivate my colleagues leading to exceptional results I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives that enrich my viewpoints.
