Over the past year, I’ve guided the organization into the new frontier of AI feature development, empowering teams to experiment, learn quickly, and deliver value while continuing to serve our enterprise customers. I’ve evolved our engineering KPIs to reflect not just delivery metrics but developer sentiment, and streamlined processes to increase velocity without sacrificing quality.
