   Lead deployment efforts for large-scale SAP ERP programs within the federal sector, specializing in Sales & Distribution (SD) and financial integration. My focus is on driving successful cutovers, configuration alignment, and system readiness across multiple commands and stakeholders. • Configured SAP SPRO IMG modules to support business-specific customizations, including master data setup, organizational structure alignment, and functional enhancements across key areas such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance (FI). • Partner with Navy and DoD clients to manage deployment timelines, coordinate test cycles, and ensure smooth transitions from development to production environments. • Oversee the configuration, transport, and validation of SAP SD processes including order management, billing, interfund transfers, and reimbursable agreements. • Facilitate Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, aligning program goals with client mission priorities. • Provide leadership in risk management, defect triage, and readiness assessments to support mission-critical system deployments. • Leverage prior Army and Navy ERP experience to bring continuity, best practices, and lessons learned across defense ERP modernization programs.
