With a background steeped in program management and learning and development consulting, I\'m your go-to person for leading teams, engaging stakeholders, and whipping up dynamic training solutions that drive behavioral change. I\'m known for my lightning-fast adaptability and for quickly building credibility with variety of technical and non-technical audiences and stakeholders. My career has been quite the adventure! I began working in finance after college and fell in love with the sales process and organically began onboarding new reps. This segued nicely into my over six-year tenure with a consulting firm where I got my instructional design chops and led large multi work stream teams to develop technical curriculum for energy companies, ensuring safety and compliance. My program management and instructional design expertise afforded me the opportunity to develop the Services enablement program and lead technical enablement at a leading enablement company, Highspot. 🪄 Whether it\'s fine-tuning enablement operating models or spearheading global programs, I thrive in collaborative settings where I can flex my creative muscles.
