Working closely with Technical Investment team in taking the lead in strategic project development andthereafter project execution (Involved project value range:$10~100 MM) by performing the following key activities:• Define scope and carry out feasibility study in the Appraisal/FEL1 Stage of the project• Create preliminary cost estimations and schedules for the project and update them throughout the project life cycle• Submit phasings for each project on a monthly basis in order to facilitate an up to date forecast• Develop the Project Execution Strategy (PES) incl. permitting, QA/QC, value engineering, documentation, risk identification, engineering and design, construction model (EPC, EPCM, LSTK), etc.• Conduct the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED)/Basic Engineering together with an external engineering partner• Execute the defined scope by following the PES outlined earlier in the project• Support with commissioning activities and startup of the plant
