I’m excited to share that as of April 1, 2026, I have taken on a new role as VP Sales DACH at Westcon Comstor.With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the technology industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with and shaping organizations such as Insight, SoftwareOne, and Crayon. Over the past years, my career has spanned operational and commercial leadership roles across Germany, Denmark, DACH, and the UK, with a strong focus on partner ecosystems, sales excellence, and sustainable growth.My journey has been closely tied to transformation: scaling organizations in fast growing markets, leading teams through post M&A integration, aligning strategy and execution, and building resilient, high performing sales organizations in highly dynamic environments. I thrive where change is constant and opportunity lies in turning complexity into clarity.At the core of my leadership philosophy is a strong belief in people, partnerships, and trust. In today’s tech landscape, success is driven not only by technology and numbers, but by empowered teams, strong partner relationships, and a shared sense of purpose.
