Welcome! My name is Jens Cole and I am on a worldwide mission through service & reminder to: Raise others self-awareness Connect with higher purpose, 🧠Captain Mindset, Goals, Choices, Energy Navigate Conflict and Struggle! As a Certified Professional Coach, on top of a Masters in Conflict Management, I help people to increase awareness of and agency in their Core-Thoughts towards reoccurring and or new circumstances, in order to decrease and control feelings of unwelcome stress, and increase overall satisfaction, fulfillment, joy, passion, creativity, and non-judgmental synchronicity. The modality of coaching that I use is Core Energy™, focused on coaching from the inside out! Our Core-Thoughts🧠, our perceptions, the way we perceive things to be, → spark feelings, emotions, ENERGY, and that energy → INFLUENCES our responses, actions, and habits. Whether it\'s 1:1 support or Organizational support, I use the wildly successful coaching skills of open-ended, empowering question-asking, non-judgmental listening and curiosity, acknowledging & validating, and accountable action planning, along with coaching tools, principles, and models such as iPEC’s proprietary attitudinal assessment Energy Leadership Index™, Envisioning, Value-Setting, Identifying GAIL\'s (iPEC Coaching Energy Blocks), T-GOALS, and AIM SMART. By gaining greater consciousness of your core-thoughts, the agency of choice, and what type of energy you lean into, people can breakthrough default thinking from old programming that is no longer serving and helpful, breakthrough limiting beliefs, fears, and road-blocking habits, thus empowered to be more open-minded, creative, passionate, joyful, non-judgemental, and synchronistic! This is a unique skillset and knowledge-base that I have mastered and want to give back to the world!
