ABOUT JENNIFER REICH
I am a board-certified Nurse Coach, educator, author, and poet. I completed my PhD in Nursing from The University of Arizona in 2011, where I was an NCCAM T-32 Pre-doctoral fellow in The Arizona Complementary and Alternative Medicine Research Training Program. In addition to various roles in nursing, my background includes degrees in Physical Education (Gerontology Specialization), Exercise/Sport Science, English, and training/practice in Reiki, Meditation, Yoga, and Music. I am a passionate explorer of the healing potential of the creative arts. I have authored nine books of poetry. I am also the author of When Miss Bluebird Died, a children’s book about celebrating life. My poems and stories are inspired by people, animals, nature, and all aspects of our shared human experience. I have incorporated these diverse experiences to design wellness programs and teach self-care strategies to healthcare professionals, caregivers, and students throughout the country.* Full CV available upon request*
