Paired with 3 C-level executives and their VPs, I am executive coach, confidante, and strategist utilizing both data and intuition to bring a People focus to business decisions. Further, I am defining and executing the HR work involving UCSF’s current and burgeoning affiliations and acquisitions including due diligence, planning during negotiations phase, project managing the acquisition process as it relates to the acquisition’s people, and assimilation into UCSF operations. Key Accomplishments: During COVID crisis in 2020, led a team of 20 to redistribute critical staff amongst roles to ensure coverage of COVID related positions. During the successive strikes of 2018, I was appointed HICS Director for Strike Staging and Onboarding for which I received the 2019 Great Save Award for reducing costs by millions to onboard strike replacement workers.
