   I coordinate and organize all office responsibilities: phones, customer service and supply procurement. Daily tasks include: invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, prepare reports, research resumes, update the database and don\'t forget about the birthday cards and cakes for everyone!Two years ago I became certified in WordPress so I took on the challenge to do some redesigning and updating of the company website, which I love to do! Since it\'s fun to be creative, I also design the Company newsletter, and also write articles for it. I taught myself Illustrator and I have designed ads for the company. I obtained my Human Resources certificate from RCBC@Rowan (December 2016), and have become certified through SHRM (May 2018) and have assumed some responsibilities that pertain to HR. I develop and recommend processes and procedures to improve effectiveness, and manage contractors onboarding & benefits.
