Hi, I\'m Jen!I believe education is how we change the world, and investing in teachers is how we change education.And by \"investing\" I mean supporting their growth, listening to them, partnering with them, trusting in their expertise, and empowering them to lead their own career path (not to mention voting in ways that lead to better policies and pay, but that\'s another topic for another day :).So we founded Co-CreatED to provide schools with the tools and info to more effectively invest in their teachers\' development, and to engage teachers are active agents in the process. That includes a coaching tool that gives actionable data and builds trust between teachers and their coaches, professional profiles for teachers, a free resource library, and a marketplace of educator-reviewed training providers.I hold an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership & a M.Ed. in Urban Teacher Leadership from Georgia State University, and a B.S.Ed. in Elementary Education from the University of Georgia. Throughout my 13 years in the education field so far, I\'ve had the honor of serving as a teacher, school leader, coach, trainer, school co-founder, & now “edupreneur.” My experience spans public and private schools, general and special education, both locally and abroad, and across a spectrum of ability, SES, race & culture.
