ABOUT JENNY WADE

I have a wealth of experience in advising clients operating across a wide variety of sectors, including manufacturing, gaming, IT, MedTech, heavy industry, leisure, retail, online services, health and construction. I advise both private and public sector organisations of all sizes.I support clients with every aspect of their contractual arrangements, routinely drafting and negotiating new agreements, and also providing advice on operational contracts. I help clients with heads of terms, terms and conditions, contracts for goods and services, software agreements, confidentiality agreements, grant agreements, franchising agreements, consultancy contracts and agency, distribution and reseller agreements. I support suppliers to the public sector with public procurement matters, and advise on IP licensing and acquisitions and data protection issues.I advise on construction projects, including the JCT/NEC forms of building contracts, professional appointments, subcontracting, collateral warranties and parent company guarantees.I deal with complex, high-value and multiparty contracting, having advised on a large number of Public Private Partnerships Building Schools for the Future (BSF) projects and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts. I also have a background in providing businesses with support in relation to the establishment of strategic partnerships, joint contracting and collaboration/alliance arrangements.
