Accountable for setting and meeting enterprise strategic goals, working with enterprise senior leadership and key stake-holders to develop appropriate plans based on enterprise priorities, partnering with leadership to elevate capabilities of the enterprise, and PMO yearly roadmap. Implemented the IT engagement model restructuring, inclusive of methodology shift from Waterfall to Agile and resource model; PMO mentoring program; Clarity standardization; and SDLC implementation for the business unit. Well-versed in organization change management processes.
