   I work at Field focused on improving patient experiences and outcomes for digital health companies. I run the experience strategy side of Field and work directly with executives and their cross-functional teams to synchronize their business strategy with customer / user needs. I help clients establish human-centered design practices that integrate user research and formulate a vision, experience strategies, and best go-forward plans for their product roadmaps. I created Field’s internship program to provide real-world experience for the next generation of UX designers and researchers. 100% of them have gone on to fulfilling UX careers. At Field, I\'ve helped- A medical device company optimize their screening system for obstructive sleep apnea in order to reduce the condition’s severity and improve patients’ quality of life - A global healthcare technology company reduce hospital readmissions of elderly at-risk patients through real-time clinical decision support- A voluntary health organization grow participation of its largest cancer research fundraising program - A digital healthcare company integrate IBM Watson and increase the effectiveness of its product for people with cognitive and behavioral health issues and increase patient engagement Completed CITI training courses: Good Clinical Practice, Social & Behavioral Research
