Led a 3-person team to identify 40+ usability issues through a multi-method evaluation (cognitive walkthrough, heuristic evaluation, PURE) of the TRS Member Portal, MyTRS. The findings informed the redesign of 8 major user flows, improving task success and reducing user friction in critical journeys.* Optimized the organization and navigation schemes of the existing website content through card sorting and stakeholder workshops; evaluating the findability and navigational structure of redesigned website prototypes using tree-testing with 250+ participants.* Conducted semi-structured interviews with 10 benefit counselors, generating key insights that directly informed the redesign of a high-traffic section of the TRS website.* Co-designed 2 targeted surveys and implemented continuous feedback mechanisms on the TRS website, uncovering critical behavioral insights and identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience.* Developing usability testing plans to uncover issues with primary member tasks on the websites and to collect quantitative user metrics such as SUS scores, task time and success rate to benchmark the website redesign.
